Export
In October 2022, the value of the export of goods for the Province of Bali abroad was recorded to have decreased by 4.28 percent (m-t-m), from US$ 55,331,460 in September 2022 to US$ 52,961,625 in October 2022. When compared to October 2021 (y-o-y), Bali's export value in October 2022 was recorded to have increased by 7.22 percent.
Of the top 5 export destination countries for Bali in October 2022, the value of exports to China recorded the highest increase month to month (67.56 percent). This increase was primarily due to increased exports of fish, crustacean and mollusk products (HS 03).
The cumulative export value in the January-October 2022 period was recorded at US$ 508,620,934, up 24.79 percent compared to the same period in the previous year.
Import
In line with Bali's exports, the import performance of the Province of Bali in October 2022 also showed a decline. The import value of Bali Province goods from abroad in October 2022 was recorded at US$ 9,446,958, down 11.78 percent compared to September 2022 (m-t-m) which was recorded at US$ 10,708,467. On a year-on-year basis, the value of imports for the Province of Bali in October 2022 was recorded to have increased as high as 291.32 percent.
Of the top 5 countries of origin for imports in October 2022, the value of imports from Singapore recorded the highest increase month to month (296.43 percent), which was mainly due to increased imports of mineral fuel products (HS 27).
Cumulatively, the value of imports in the January-October 2022 period was recorded at US$ 66,003,810, an increase of 116.75 percent compared to the previous year's period.
