Export
In September 2022, the value of Bali Province's exports of goods abroad recorded an increase of 8.92 percent (m-t-m), from US$ 50,800,636 in August 2022 to US$ 55,331,460 in September 2022. When compared to September 2021 (y-o-y), Bali's export value in September 2022 recorded an increase of 35.45 percent.
Of the top 5 export destination countries for Bali in September 2022, the value of exports to Taiwan recorded the highest increase on a month-to-month basis (172.57 percent). This increase was mainly due to increased exports of fish, crustacean and mollusc products (HS 03).
The cumulative export value in the January-September 2022 period was recorded at US$ 455,659,310, up 27.22 percent compared to the same period in the previous year.
Import
In line with Bali's exports, the import performance of Bali Province in September 2022 also showed an increase. The import value of Bali Province goods from abroad in September 2022 was recorded at US$ 10,708,467, up 23.90 percent compared to August 2022 (m-t-m) which was recorded at US$ 8,642,616. On a year on year basis, the import value of Bali Province in September 2022 was recorded to increase as high as 344.00 percent.
Of the top 5 import origin countries in September 2022, the value of imports from Australia recorded the highest increase on a month-to-month basis (150.88 percent), which was mainly due to the increase in imports of air vehicle products and their parts (HS 88).
Cumulatively, the import value in the January-September 2022 period was recorded at US$ 56,556,852, up 101.72 percent compared to the previous year period.
