Abstract

In December 2017 in Singaraja City recorded inflation of 1.12 percent with Consumer Price Index (CPI, 2012 = 100) of 139.66. The calendar year inflation rate is 3.38 percent, equal to year-on-year inflation rate (YoY) of 3.38 percent.

Inflation was indicated by rising index in the foodstuff category by 3.93 percent, clothing by 0.40 percent; processed food, beverages, cigarette and tobacco by 0.26 percent; education, recreation and sports group by 0.14 percent; and housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel groups by 0.04 percent.
 
The commodities listed contributed to inflation in December 2017, among others: cayenne pepper, chicken meat, onion, tuna / ambu-ambu, chicken eggs, vegetable tomatoes, cucumber, kang / benggol, red pepper, rice and beans long.
