Abstract

In December 2016 Singaraja City experienced inflation of 0.63 percent, with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) amounted to 135.10. The inflation rate of the calendar year (January to December) in 2016 and the inflation rate year-on-year (December 2016 to December 2015) amounted to 4.57 percent.
Inflation characterized by an increase in the index that occur in foodstuffs 1.98 percent; transport, communication and financial services 0.52 percent; clothing group of 0.10 percent; health group 0.04 per cent; food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco 0.03 percent; and housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel 0.01 percent. Education, recreation and sport does not change the index.
