The Regional Coordination Meeting (Rakorda) of the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST2023) of Bali Province was attended by the Regional Secretary of Bali Province, Dewa Made Indra, Head of the Bali Province Agriculture and Food Security Service, I Wayan Sunada, Head of the Bali Province Maritime and Fisheries Service, Putu Sumardiana, Head of the Bali Province Forestry and Environment Service, I Made Teja. On this occasion, the Regional Secretary of Bali Province together with the Head of BPS Bali Province, Endang Retno Sri Subiyandani officially opened the 2023 Agricultural Census Coordination Meeting (ST2023) for Bali Province which was held on 3-6 December 2023 at the Bali Bintang Resort Hotel, Kuta Badung.
The 2023 Agricultural Census Coordination Meeting (ST2023) for Bali Province, presented resource persons from the Lecturer at the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University, Dewa Gede Wiryangga Selangga and the Cool Young Farmer, AA Gede Agung Wedhatama P.
The release of the Dissemination of Results of the 2023 Agricultural Census Phase I for Bali Province was delivered in a series of activities at the Regional Coordination Meeting (Rakorda) of the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST2023) for Bali Province. The release was carried out in the presence of representatives of Ministries/Institutions, academics, agricultural business actors and the media (4/12).
The number of Individual Agricultural Enterprises (UTP) in Bali Province in 2023 will be 369,271 units, down 28.42% from the ST2013 results. Meanwhile, Legal Entity Agricultural Businesses (UPB) rose 8.25% from 2013. Other Agricultural Businesses (UTL) in Bali Province in 2023 amounted to 341 units, down 15.80 percent from 2013. Number of Millennial Farmers aged 19–39 years as many as 54,908 people, or around 15.18 percent of farmers in Bali Province.
Meanwhile, the number of individual urban farming businesses in Bali Province is 77 units. The ten most commodities cultivated by Individual Agricultural Enterprises (UTP) of Bali Province are: beef cattle, pigs, inbred rice, coconuts, cloves, other durians, mangosteens, coffee, ordinary free-range chickens, and other bananas.
