Abstract

The rice harvested area in 2021 will reach around 105,201 hectares, an increase of 14,221 hectares or 15.63 percent compared to 2020 which was 90,981 hectares.

Rice production in 2021 is 618,911 tons of GKG, an increase of 86,742 tons of GKG or 16.30 percent compared to 2020 which was 532,168 tons of GKG.

Rice production in 2021 for the population's food consumption will reach 349,038 tons, an increase of 48,919 tons or 16.30 percent compared to rice production in 2020 which amounted to 300,119 tons.
