Abstract

Air Transport


In September 2020, the number of domestic flights was recorded at 1,244 flights, an increase of 9.70 percent month to month. The number of departing passengers was recorded at 81,062 passengers, down -2.99 percent (m-t-m). The destinations of Jkt / Soekarno-Hatta (34,170 passengers) and Surabaya (10,662 passengers) were recorded to dominate domestic flight destinations.


Meanwhile, the number of international flights departing from Bali in September 2020 was recorded at 45 flights, down -23.73 percent compared to August 2020 (m-t-m). The number of passengers was recorded at 259 people, a decrease of -77.63 percent month-to-month due to a decrease in passenger departures for Qatar (-69.29 percent), and for Russia (-100 percent) which last month dominated international passenger departures.


Water transportation


The number of ship departures from Bali Province in September 2020 was recorded at 1,710 vessels, an increase of 11.62 percent compared to August 2020 (m-t-m) which recorded 1,532 vessels.


The number of ship passengers departing in September 2020 was recorded at 57,886 passengers, up 17.90 percent month to month.
