Abstract

The Bali Province Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in September 2018 recorded a decrease of 0.24 percent, from 103.54 in August 2018, to 103.28. In terms of the index received by farmers (It), a decrease of 0.66 percent was recorded, from 133.61 to 132.73. Meanwhile, in terms of the index paid by farmers (Ib), a decrease of 0.42 percent was recorded, from 129.05 to 128.51.

The decline in NTP in September 2018 was recorded in the smallholder plantation and livestock sub-sector subsectors respectively by 1.31 percent and 1.23 percent. On the contrary, the food, horticulture and fisheries crop subsector recorded an increase of 1.65 percent, 0.35 percent and 0.57 percent respectively.

In September 2018, Bali Province recorded a rural deflation of 0.75 percent. While nationally, rural deflation was recorded at 0.59 percent.
