Abstract

The Farmers Exchange Rate Index (NTP) of Bali Province in February 2018 recorded an increase of 0.39 percent, from 103.48 in January 2018, to 103.88. In terms of index received by farmers (It), recorded an increase of 0.87 percent, from 131.14 to 132.28. Meanwhile, in terms of index paid by farmers (Ib), recorded an increase of 0.48 percent, from 126.73 to 127.34.

The increase in NTP in February 2018 was recorded in almost all sub-sectors except the Smallholder Plantation, which decreased by 1.22 percent. The largest increase in NTP was recorded in the Horticulture Sub-sector by 1.76 percent, followed by Food Crops Sub-sector by 0.49 percent, Livestock Subsector 0.43 percent, and Fisheries Sub-sector 0.36 percent.

In February 2018, Bali Province recorded a rural inflation of 0.63 percent. Meanwhile, nationally recorded rural inflation of 0.43 percent.
