Abstract

The number of poor people (the population with per capita per month is below poverty line) in September 2016 in Bali reached 174.94 thousand (4.15 percent), a decrease of 3.24 thousand people compared to the poor people in March 2016, amounting to 178 , 18 thousand people (4.25 percent).
During the period March 2016 - September 2016, the number of poor people in urban areas decreased by 3,24 thousand people (from 96.98 thousand people in March 2016 became 93.74 thousand in September 2016). While the number of poor people in rural areas remained unchanged.
