Absorbing Aspirations for the Realization of an Inclusive and Adaptive Statistics Bill

Denpasar (11/06) - In the spirit of building more responsive statistics regulations, the BPS of Bali Province held a Discussion and Synergy Forum with the Legislative Body (BALEG) of the Indonesian House of Representatives, at the Prime Plaza Hotel, Sanur - Bali. This forum is an important forum for absorbing aspirations and input on the Draft Statistics Law (RUU).

This activity presented two main speakers, namely I Nyoman Parta, Member of BALEG of the Indonesian House of Representatives, and Pudji Ismartini, Deputy for Distribution and Service Statistics of the Central Statistics Agency. Both provided strategic views and encouraged active participation from various parties to realize an inclusive, adaptive, and effective Statistics Bill.

This forum is an important momentum to capture public aspirations and strengthen collaboration between legislative institutions and national statistics institutions in forming inclusive, adaptive, and effective statistics regulations in the era of digital transformation.

More than just a discussion, this forum is a meeting point for ideas to strengthen national statistics governance. Because in the digital era, data is not just a record, but a compass in determining policies and the future of national development.
