Bali Winner of Public Service Innovation Competition 2017

In fulfilling its vision of being the Trusted Data Forer Pioneer For All, BPS must be dynamic and innovative in every step of the way. Still in the series of National Statistics Day 2017, BPS held a 2017 Public Service Innovation Competition at the BPS Internationals throughout Indonesia

It is remarkable that the Bali Provincial BPS who participated by bringing the innovation titled "Smart Scheduling: Developing Smart Work Plans Without Round Coordination" was chosen to be the first winner.

Innovation that begins with the many problems faced by management in managing the schedule of work and service implementation that occurs due to the many work that overlap each other, while the time to coordinate between management is very limited. In addition, in terms of accountability, there are also some activities that can not be caught assignment in a certain time by one employee. Finally, smart scheduling is structured into effective and efficient solutions.
