Bali's Economic Growth Overview Quarter IV-2024

Bali's economy in the fourth quarter of 2024, measured based on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices (ADHB), was recorded at IDR 78.36 trillion and at constant prices (ADHK 2010=100) at IDR 43.83 trillion.

Bali's economy during the fourth quarter of 2024 grew by 3.37 percent compared to the third quarter of 2024 (q-to-q). In terms of production, the highest growth was recorded by the Government Administration, Defense and Mandatory Social Security Business Sector at 18.88 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the Government Consumption Expenditure Component (PK-P) grew by 26.47 percent.

When compared to the same period the previous year (y-on-y), Bali's economy in the fourth quarter of 2024 grew by 5.19 percent. Reviewed from the production side, the highest growth was recorded in the Accommodation and Food and Beverage Provision Business Field at 10.24 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the Foreign Export Component grew by 15.67 percent.

If accumulated from the first quarter of 2024 to the fourth quarter of 2024, the Balinese economy in 2024 was recorded to have grown by 5.48 percent (c-to-c).

Bali's economic structure from the production side, in the fourth quarter of 2024, was still dominated by the Accommodation and Food and Beverage Provision Business Field which contributed 21.75 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the largest contribution was recorded in the Household Consumption Component, which was 51.54 percent.
