Export-Import of Bali Province Overview, December 2024

EXPORTS

In December 2024, the value of Bali Province's exports of goods abroad was recorded to have increased by 2.37 percent month to month (m-to-m), from US$ 50,733,196 in November 2024 to US$ 51,937,123 in December 2024. When compared to December 2023 or year on year (y-on-y), Bali's export value in December 2024 was recorded to have increased by 9.51 percent.

Of the top 5 destination countries for Bali's exports in December 2024, the export value to China was recorded to have increased by 52.87 percent (m-to-m). This increase was mainly due to the increase in exports of fish, crustaceans, and molluscs (HS 03).

The cumulative export value in the January-December 2024 period was recorded at US$ 634,496,917, up 9.23 percent compared to the same period in the previous year.

IMPORTS

In line with exports, the import performance of Bali Province in December 2024 showed an increase. The value of Bali Province's imports of goods from abroad in December 2024 was recorded at US$ 22,384,124, up 60.75 percent compared to November 2024 (m-to-m) which was recorded at US$ 13,925,208. Year on year, the import value of Bali Province in December 2024 was recorded to have increased by 132.17 percent.

Of the top 5 countries of origin of imports in December 2024, the import value from Pakistan was recorded to have experienced the highest increase month to month, namely 219,655.59 percent, which was mainly due to the increase in imports of Cereal products (HS 10).

Cumulatively, the import value in the January-December 2024 period was recorded at US$ 168,744,783, up 38.24 percent compared to the previous year.
