Abstract

There were 625,665 foreign tourists coming directly to Bali Province in July 2024, an increase of 20.11 percent compared to the previous month when there were 520,898 visits. Tourists from Australia dominate foreign tourist arrivals to Bali in July 2024 with a share of 24.80 percent.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in July 2024 was recorded at 68.78 percent, an increase of 3.00 points compared to June 2024 which was recorded at 65.78 percent. When compared with July 2023 (y-on-y) which reached 63.60 percent, the room occupancy rate in July 2024 was recorded to have increased by 5.18 points. Meanwhile, the ROR for non-star hotels was recorded at 50.03 percent, an increase of 2.98 points compared to June 2024 which was recorded at 47.05 percent.

The average length of stay for foreign and domestic guests at star-rated hotels in Bali in July 2024 was recorded at 2,748 days, down 0.002 points compared to the achievement in June 2024 (m-to-m) which was recorded at 2,751 days. When compared with the achievement in July 2023 (y-on-y) which was recorded at 2.57 days, the average length of stay in July 2024 increased by 0.18 points. Meanwhile, for non-star hotels, the average length of stay in June 2024 was recorded at 2.43 days, an increase of 0.03 points compared to the average length of stay in June 2024 which was recorded at 2.40 days.
