EXPORT
In July 2024, the value of Bali Province's exports of goods abroad was recorded to increase by 7.24 percent month to month (m-to-m), from US$ 47,309,491 in June 2024 to US$ 50,735,894 in July 2024. When compared with July 2023 year on year (y-on-y), Bali's export value in July 2024 was recorded to have increased by 6.14 percent.
Of the top 5 export destination countries for Bali in July 2024, the value of exports to China was recorded to have increased by 42.62 percent (m-to-m). This increase was mainly due to the increase in exports of fish, crustaceans and mollusk products (HS 03).
The cumulative export value in the January-July 2024 period was recorded at US$ 375,086,354, an increase of 12.90 percent compared to the same period in the previous year.
IMPORT
In line with exports, Bali Province's import performance in July 2024 shows an increase. The value of Bali Province imports of goods from abroad in July 2024 was recorded at US$ 11,651,260, an increase of 17.51 percent compared to June 2024 (m-to-m) which was recorded at US$ 9,915,411. On a year-on-year basis, the import value of Bali Province in July 2024 was recorded to have increased by 9.25 percent.
Of the top 5 countries of import origin in July 2024, the value of imports from the United Arab Emirates recorded the highest increase month to month, namely 566.18 percent, which was mainly due to the increase in imports of air vehicle products and their parts (HS 88).
Cumulatively, the import value in the January-July 2024 period was recorded at US$ 90,722,583, an increase of 31.31 percent compared to the previous year's period.
