Abstract

Foreign tourists (tourists) who came directly to Bali Province in March 2023 recorded 370,832 visits, an increase of 14.59 percent compared to the previous month which recorded 323,623 visits. Tourists from Australia dominated foreign tourist arrivals to Bali in March 2023 with a share of 24.21 percent.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in March 2023 was recorded at 40.01 percent, down as deep as 1.21 points when compared to February 2023. When compared to March 2022 (y-o-y) which reached 21.90 percent, the occupancy rate rooms in March 2023 recorded an increase of 18.11 points. Meanwhile, TPK for non-star hotels was recorded at 25.31 percent, up 1.14 points compared to February 2023.

The average length of stay of foreign and domestic guests at star hotels in Bali in March 2023 was recorded at 2.417 days, down 0.001 points compared to the achievement in February 2023 (m-t-m) which was recorded at 2.418 days. When compared to the results in March 2022 (y-o-y) which were recorded at 1.85 days, the average length of stay in March 2023 increased by 0.57 points. Meanwhile, for non-star hotels, the average length of stay in March 2023 was recorded at 2.30 days, up 0.05 points compared to the average length of stay in February 2023 which was recorded at 2.25 days.
