December 2022 Bali Province Tourism Development

Foreign tourists (tourists) who came directly to Bali Province in December 2022 recorded 377,276 visits, an increase of 31.27 percent compared to the previous month period which recorded 287,398 visits. Tourists from Australia dominate foreign tourist arrivals to Bali in December 2022 with a share of 25.01 percent.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in December 2022 was recorded at 53.75 percent, up as high as 4.84 points when compared to November 2022. When compared to December 2021 (y-o-y), which reached 30.67 percent, the occupancy rate rooms in December 2022 recorded an increase of 23.08 points. Meanwhile, the TPK for non-star hotels was recorded at 27.62 percent, up 4.31 points compared to November 2022.

The average length of stay of foreign and domestic guests at star hotels in Bali in December 2022 was recorded at 2.47 days, down 0.04 points compared to November 2022 (m-t-m) which was recorded at 2.51 days. When compared to the achievements in December 2021 (y-o-y) which were recorded at 2.03 days, the average length of stay in December 2022 rose 0.45 points. Meanwhile, for non-star hotels, the average length of stay in December 2022 was recorded at 2.34 days, up 0.16 points compared to November 2022 which was recorded at 2.19 days.
