Abstract

Farmer's Exchange Rate Index (NTP) is the ratio of the price index received by farmers (It) to the index of price paid by farmers (Ib).

NTP is one indicator to see the level of ability/purchasing power of farmers in rural areas. NTP also shows the terms of trade (terms of trade) of agricultural products with goods and services consumed as well as for production costs.

The Bali Province NTP Index in June 2022 was 95.73, an increase of 2.00 percent compared to the previous month. The increase in the NTP index was caused by the Price Received by Farmers Index (It) which rose as high as 3.41 percent, higher than the increase in the Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) which rose as high as 1.38 percent.

Nationally, the NTP index was recorded at 105.96, up 0.52 percent compared to the previous month. In June 2022, the East Kalimantan Province's NTP Index recorded the highest increase in FTT, which was 2.26 percent. On the other hand, Bengkulu Province's NTP experienced the deepest decline, at 5.01 percent.

Judging from the Household Consumption Index (IKRT) of the Province of Bali, in June 2022 there was an increase of 1.85 percent.

The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) for the Province of Bali in June 2022 was 96.68, up 3.06 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
