Bali Province Tourism Development August 2020

Foreign tourists (tourists) who come directly to Bali Province in August 2020 recorded only 22 visits. There were 12 tourists who came through I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport and 10 sea ports.

The number of foreign tourists to Bali Province in August 2020 decreased by -53.19 percent compared to the record in July 2020 (m to m). When compared with August 2019 (y on y), the number of foreign tourists to Bali was recorded to have decreased by almost 100 percent (-99.996 percent).

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in August 2020 was recorded at 3.68 percent, an increase of 1.11 points compared to the ROR in July 2020 (m to m) which was recorded at 2.57 percent. When compared to August 2019 (y on y) which reached 67.10 percent, the room occupancy rate in August 2020 was recorded to have dropped by -63.42 points.

The average length of stay of foreign and domestic guests at star hotels in Bali in August 2020 was 1.66 days, a drop of -0.02 points compared to the achievement in July 2020 (m to m) which was recorded at 1.68 days. When compared with the achievement in August 2019 (y on y) which was recorded at 2.83 days, it is indicated that a decrease of -1.17 points was deep.
