Abstract

Foreign tourists (tourists) who came directly to the Province of Bali in February 2020 were recorded as many as 363,937 visits, with tourists coming through I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport as many as 358,254 visits and as many as 5,683 visits through the seaport.


The number of tourists to Bali Province in February 2020 fell as deep as -31.19 percent compared to January 2019 (m to m) records. When compared with February 2019 (y on y), the number of foreign tourists to Bali was recorded down as deep as 16.81 percent.


Tourists with Australian nationality (22.50 percent), India (8.24 percent), Japan (6.21 percent), Russia (5.48 percent), and the United States (5.03 percent) are the top five visiting tourists to Bali in February 2020.


Room occupancy rate (TPK) of starred hotels in February 2020 was recorded at 45.98 percent, down as deep as -13.31 points compared to the previous month's TPK (m to m) which was recorded at 59.29 percent. When compared to February 2019 (y on y) which reached 56.48 percent, the room occupancy rate in February 2020, was recorded down as deep as -10.50 points.


The average length of stay of foreign and Indonesian guests at star hotels in Bali in February 2020 was recorded at 2.82 days, unchanged compared to the average length of stay of guests in January 2020 (m to m) which was also recorded for 2, 82 days.


When compared to February 2019 (y on y) recorded for 3.14 days, the average length of stay in February 2020 fell as deep as -0.32 points.
