Abstract
In August 2019 Denpasar
City recorded inflation as high as 0.40 percent with the Consumer Price Index
(CPI 2012 = 100) of 134.06.
The August 2019 calendar year inflation rate was 1.95 percent while the
year-on-year inflation rate (August 2019 against August 2018 or YoY) was as
high as 2.45 percent.
Commodities recorded contributing to or contributing to inflation in August 2019 include, the cost of high school education, junior high school tuition, Academic / Higher Education costs, cayenne pepper, motorbike, elementary education costs, gold jewelery, cob, red chili, and meat purebred chicken
