Development of Tourism in Bali Province June 2019

The arrival of foreign tourists (tourists) to Bali Province in June 2019 was recorded at 549,751 visits, with 549,718 foreign tourists visiting the airport, and 33 visits through the sea port.

The number of foreign tourists to Bali Province in June 2019 increased by 13.17 percent compared to the record in May 2019 (m to m). When compared with June 2018 (y on y), the number of foreign tourists to Bali increased as high as 0.96 percent.

According to nationality, the foreign tourists who recorded the most came to Bali in June 2019, namely tourists with Australian nationality (20.16 percent), China (18.91 percent), India (7.26 percent), United Kingdom (4.83 percent) , and the United States (4.75 percent).

The star hotel occupancy rate (TPK) in June 2019 was recorded at 60.37 percent, up 8.81 points compared to the previous month's TPK (m to m) which reached 51.56 percent. When compared to June 2018 (y on y) which reached 70.32 percent, the room occupancy rate in June 2019 was recorded to decline as deep as -9.95 points.

The average length of stay of guests in star hotels in Bali in June 2019 was recorded at 2.69 days, down -0.21 points compared to the average length of stay of guests in May 2019 (m to m) which reached 2.90 days . When compared with June 2018 (y on y) which reached 2.87 days, the average length of stay in June 2019 fell as deep as -0.18 points
