Abstract

In July 2017 in Denpasar City there was inflation of 0.12 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 125.72. The calendar year inflation rate is 2.13 percent. Year-on-year inflation rate (YoY) of 3.65 percent.

Inflation was attributable to the rise in prices of some goods / services as indicated by the rise in index in the finished food, beverage, cigarette and tobacco group which experienced inflation by 0.36 percent; Education, recreation and sports group by 0.36 percent; Foodstuffs by 0.18 percent; Clothing by 0.11 percent; And transactions, communications and financial services by 0.04 percent. While the recorded group experienced a decrease in the index of health groups experienced deflation by 0.09 percent and housing, water, istrik, gas and fuel by 0.07 percent.
