Abstract

  • The arrival of foreign tourists (tourists) to Bali in February 2017 reached 453 985 visits, with foreign tourists coming through the airport as much as 447 762 visits, and through seaports amounted to 6,223 visits.
  • Number of foreign tourists to Bali in February 2017 increased by 20.82 percent compared to February 2016. However, when compared with the previous month, the number of foreign tourists to Bali has decreased by 1.48 percent.
  • By nationality, most foreign tourists came to Bali in February 2017 is the nationality of tourists to China, Australia, India, Japan, and the United States with the percentage of each amounting to 32.58 percent, 19.84 percent, 3.83 percent, 3.76 percent and 3.18 percent.
  • Room occupancy rate (TPK) on a five-star hotel in February 2017 reached an average of 60.82 percent, up 1.21 points over the previous month TPK. The average length of stay in star hotels in Bali in February 2017 reached 3.09 days, up 0.21 days compared to the average length of stay in January 2017.
  • TPK on Non-star hotel in February 2017, reached an average of 32.25 percent, an increase of 0.56 points from the previous month. In contrast the average length of stay of 2.94 days, recorded a decline of 0.06 days from the previous month to reach 3 days.
