Abstract

In November 2016 in Denpasar an inflation of 0.28 percent in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) amounted to 122.26. The cumulative inflation rate (from January to November, 2016) of 2.24 percent and inflation year-on-year (November 2016 to November 2015) of 3.21 percent.
Inflation occurs because of the increase in the price indicated by the rise in the index on the six types of expenses, food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco by 0.69 per cent; foodstuff by 0.42 percent; health group 0.33 per cent; clothing group of 0.31 percent; housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel by 0.16 percent; group transport, communications, and finance at 0.07 percent. While groups of deflation is as well as the education, recreation and sport 0.03 percent.
