Abstract

Production of rice in Bali in 2015 totaled 853 710 tons of dry unhusked rice (GKG) or a decline of 4,234 tonnes of paddy (0.49 percent) compared to 2014. The decline in rice production is relatively higher in Tabanan district of 20 082 tonnes of paddy (9.38 percent). The decline in rice production occurs due to a decrease in harvested area of 5,312 hectares (3.72 percent) that occurred in 5 (five) districts, namely Tabanan, Badung, Bangli, Karangasem and Buleleng.
