Abstract

Farmer (NTP) of Bali in May 2016 recorded an increase of 1.08 percent, from 104.81 in April 2016, became 105.94. In terms of indices received by farmers (It), recorded an increase of 1.02 percent, from 126.37 in the previous month to 127.66. In terms of indices that paid farmers (Ib), recorded a decline of 0.06 percent, from 120.57 into 120.50.
In May 2016, NTP of five sub-sectors, namely Food Crops, Horticulture, Crop Plantations, Livestock and Fisheries recorded increased, respectively by 0.77 percent, 0.30 percent, 2.66 percent, 0.80 percent , 1.23 percent.
NTP National in May 2016 reached 101.55, an increase of 0.32 per cent against the previous month. This increase is generally driven by index of prices received by farmers (It) which rose by 0.42 percent, while the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib) increased much lower, namely 0.10 percent.
