Visit of the Head of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) to BPS of Bali Province

In accordance with the recommendations of the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD) listed in the 2010 International Merchandise Trade Statistics (IMTS) manual, international goods trade statistics record all items that increase or decrease to / from a country's inventory due to importation or exportation (export ) its territorial economy.

In Indonesia, Export data recording is done through compilation of customs data from the Director General of Customs and Excise which is recorded in the Goods Export Notification document (PEB). In addition, since 2015 export data also comes from PT. Pos Indonesia, records of other agencies on the border and results of cross-border sea trade surveys (source: BPS sirusa)

In order to unite the perception of Export data, the Head of the DGCE together with the team made a visit to the BPS of Bali Province, Thursday (01/17). In the hope of getting better cooperation between the two agencies to produce export data that matches the facts of the field.
