Based on the size of the World Bank, the amount of "economic pie" that is enjoyed by 40% of low-income people, shrinking ie from 15.79% in March 2014 to 14.29% in September 2014. As a result, an increase in poverty in urban areas amounted to 0.34% and 0.337% in rural areas.
